whim runs on iPhone with iOS 26.5 or later.
whim Pro unlocks the unlimited closet, fresh daily look-books, redraws, and the calendar — $9.99/month or $59.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The free tier includes your avatar and palette, up to 10 closet items, and one styled look-book.
Canceling: subscriptions are billed by Apple, so canceling happens in your iPhone's Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → whim → Cancel. Canceling during the trial costs nothing.
Restoring purchases: already subscribed but whim shows you as free — usually after a new phone or reinstall? Open whim → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.
Billing and refunds: Apple handles all charges and refunds. For a refund request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple account.
Archiving tucks an item away for the season without losing its card — unarchive anytime in Settings → Archived items. Deleting moves an item to Recently Deleted, where you can restore it whenever you like. Archived items still count toward the free tier's 10-item closet; deleted items free up the slot.
Tapping redraw on a look creates a brand-new render and is part of whim Pro. Every look's first render is included for everyone and stays saved, so you can revisit it free anytime. Rendering also has a generous daily limit to keep whim fast for everyone — if you reach it, your looks are ready again tomorrow.
Original garment photos never leave your phone — only the background-removed cutouts upload. Your selfie is used once for your avatar and palette, then deleted from our server. whim never runs facial recognition and never sells your data. The full details live in the privacy policy.
Open whim → Settings → Data & privacy → Delete my account. This permanently erases your closet, looks, photos, profile, and login right away. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your iPhone's subscription settings — deleting the account doesn't stop Apple's billing.
